Shipping policy

TURN AROUND TIMES: Please allow at least 14 business days, not including day of order, for processing. Shipping times not included in turn around time. 

SHIPPING: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

LOCAL PICK UP: We provide local pick up to customers in our area. Please do not choose local pick up at checkout if you are not in our local area. Your order will be canceled if a shipping method is not chosen for out of area orders. 

RHONDOGGDESIGNS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or you believe your package is missing,  please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
